From the moment I met Jeff I knew he was the one to represent me.....He went above and beyond and exceeded any and all of my expectations. My buddy and I from New Jersey were in Daytona Beach for bike week. We got pulled over in Ormond Beach and received a 36 mph over the limit speeding ticket. I Couldn't Be Happier
I originally researched Attorneys for a friend of mine and came across Jeff Higgins. Immediately told my friend to hire him since I read great things about him.
A few weeks after my research I needed an attorney and hired Jeff Higgins right away. Jeff told me what to expect and wouldn't 'BS' me about anything and he never did. Jeff responded to calls and texts and emails as well right away.
I was looking at 14 months in Prison worst case scenario and I walked away with 180 days in county jail. I had enough time in the county jail when we went to court June 29th and he got the state to agree to 180 days and I went home 2 days later.
